The American Lighting Association Women in Lighting Committee was founded in 2018 to promote industry engagement and leadership development among women from all facets and experience levels of the lighting business. To advance these goals, the group recognizes and encourages achievement, facilitates mentorship and provides meaningful networking opportunities.
