The ALA Women in Lighting Mentorship Program places women in the lighting industry into mentorship groups where we can all learn from each other. Whether you are new to the industry or have years of experience, the WIL Mentorship Groups are designed for everyone.
Each Mentorship Group will be guided by a WIL Committee member. Participants are invited to ask questions, share experiences, discuss issues and ideas, and more. We believe that by sharing our wealth of knowledge, expertise, and best practices, we can all grow and succeed.
