We’re looking for an experienced Lighting Sales Associate full-time ini person (not a remote position) ready to bring their knowledge, client service, and passion for design into a highly respected and established business.

If you’ve worked in a lighting showroom, residential design sales, or interior décor and understand how to guide clients through style, functionality, and technical specs — we want to talk to you.

What You'll Do:

  • Collaborate with homeowners, designers, and builders to bring residential and commercial lighting visions to life.

  • Use your deep product knowledge and industry experience to recommend tailored lighting and ceiling fan solutions.

  • Manage projects from consultation through follow-up, ensuring a white-glove client experience.

  • Stay current on lighting trends and technology, maintaining your expertise as a trusted advisor.

  • Support showroom presentations and product merchandising as needed.

We’re Looking for Someone Who:

  • Has experience in lighting, home furnishings, or design-oriented retail (Lighting showroom experience preferred).

  • Understands how to close a sale through trust, detail, and design fluency.

  • Is reliable, coachable, and values a supportive team environment.

  • Brings a professional presence, excellent communication, and organizational skills.

  • Is ALA Certified or willing to become certified (we’ll support you).
